So, I have decided I am going to run a Ragnar Relay! I'm excited. For those of you who don't know what that is, it is basically a 2 day long relay race. I run three times total. I got the easiest leg which I am pretty glad about because it is my first one. So I will be running 4 miles, then 3.8 miles, then 4.2 miles. I am running with some of Chris's family and friends. It's in June up in Logan Utah near Utah State University. I am going to log my training everyday!
So yesterday's training I ran: 3 miles, in 28 minutes
(please keep in mind i need to get back into running shape because it has been quite awhile since i have race haha)
I thought you said you were going to do this EVERYDAY?
